             A RECIPE OF DEGUE COUSCOUS                  PROPOSED BY QUEENSEPHY 



   how do i make my own degue couscous 
   Ingredients:

  • 500g of couscous
  • 500ml of yogurt
  • 250g of sour cream
  • Sugar, according to your taste
  • 250ml of concentrated milk 
  • Vanilla 
    yogurt

    sour cream

    couscous

    sugar 

     Instructions:
    Step 1:  Water the couscous with hot water and let stand 5 mn
    Step 2:  Microwave for 10 minutes then let the couscous cool
    Step 3:  In a container, put the sour cream mix with the yogourt use a spatule to mix both together then add the concentrated milk, sugar, and the vanille according to your taste. mix all together for better result of the degue  milk and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
    Step 4:  Then add the couscous step by step until you get the density of your choice.
